Architectural direction

After twenty years working with renowned architecture and urban planning practices in Paris, including a year in New York, Hervé founded Studio RVB Architecture in 2022 to pursue a more personal, creative and thoughtful approach to architecture.

Over the years, his work has increasingly focused on private projects, combining architectural sensitivity, technical experience and a strong awareness of today's environmental challenges.

Hervé discovered Puglia more than ten years ago and immediately connected with its light, stone, architecture and way of life. After spending many summers there and building lasting personal and professional relationships, the region naturally became part of his life and work.

His meeting with Giuseppe, followed by several successful collaborations, eventually led them to join forces and create CALCE.

Giuseppe worked for 12 years as a general contractor in the construction and renovation sector in Puglia. During this time, he developed extensive know-how and experience in both the renovation of traditional Apulian properties and the construction of new buildings.

Five years ago, he founded his own company, bringing together all the different trades required to manage and complete a project from start to finish.
