We build a detailed, transparent estimate, line by line. No surprises: every cost is explained, every alternative is weighed.

Construction

We open the site with selected contractors and craftsmen, following progress, quality and safety day by day.

Reporting

You receive periodic updates with photos, notes and progress status. You always know where we are, what has been decided and what comes next.

Final handover

We hand over turnkey, with documentation, certifications and a final walkthrough. We remain available after completion.
